The renter waives any claims against Topsham Fair / Sagadahoc Agricultural & Horticultural Society for personal injury or property damage, which may arise during your stay. The renter is responsible for:

Having Insurance on their camper.
Keeping their site always picked up and clean.
No more than 2 vehicles on your lot.
No outside refrigerators or freezers.
No tents or outside fixtures.
No working on cars or other equipment on site.
Keep in your rented site only.
No trash left outside.
No Fires or firepits.
No parties, or fireworks.
Quiet time 10:00pm to 8:00am.

By signing, you agree to all the above conditions. Failure to abide will result in you being asked to leave the property immediately.
